Call and Response: Process Theology, Hope, and One Tiny Barking Dog

Process theology is a school of theology that imagines that the universe and the divine future are engaged in a kind of dance of call and response, where in each moment the “divine” (understood in many different ways) invites us into a more creative and hope-filled future and we in turn have the choice to accept the invitation (or not!). What would it be like to live as though each moment contained an entryway into a more hopeful future? What if we can’t find that entryway? And what does any of this have to do with a little yappy dog?
